AT MPPS, we are excited to have implemented School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) within our school. Our goal is to use this framework to recognise the positive expected behaviours associated with being “KIND, GRITTY and FOCUSED”. These are the learning powers we want to see in children at MPPS every day.

To recognise the positive choices made by students, we employ a wide variety of recognition and reward strategies. Students are acknowledged and affirmed for making appropriate behaviour choices and accumulate DOJO points to “purchase” rewards, including whole day excursions, or smaller 'experiences' such as time on the school bikes.
